I got a chance to laugh yesterday with staff of the Urban Athlete, one of our Longboat Toronto Island Run sponsors. We were talking about injury, and they said they know it’s June because a steady stream of injured runners has started arriving at their door. They even joked that they had made an appointment for me, assuming I would need one, and couldn’t believe I hadn’t shown up yet!
